LJ has been undergoing yet another one of its DDoS attacks. I've barely been able to post comments on other peoples' posts for well over a week, and it's getting seriously irritating.

I'm sometimes a bit of a luddite and stuck in my ways when it comes to social networking media, but I'm so, so close to just scrapping LJ all together and moving over to DW permanently.

So yeah, LJ people who're on DW - I still love you, and I'm not ignoring you. The internet is making me ignore you. BOO!!

I hear you. I think the communities are really holding people back, in all honesty. One of my closest friends who is on LJ, for instance, is active in a fanfic community and everyone is on LJ. She's said that she doesn't want to rebuild that all here at DW, and I can understand that, but it's frustrating.

I've offered around invite codes/et al as much as I can too, though...in a perfect world I'd so want everyone over here. I still cross-post to LJ, obviously, because everyone is there, but I wish I didn't have to.
